"Do I have to be a member to participate?"
We actually offer a seven day free trial to enable you to essentially "try before you buy". Once you have completed the trial and decided that you wish to keep coming along then there are some great membership options available to suit all budgets and level of use. "How often does DNA GROUP FIT meet?"
We have sessions available day of the week! How often you decide to come along is entirely up to you. We advise a minimum of three sessions per week so that you get to experience all the proven benefits of participating in the recommended national guidelines of a minimum of 150 minutes of exercise per week. "How do I join a class for the first time?"
The fact that you are exploring your options and looking to take the first steps into attending your first session is really encouraging. This transition from contemplation to action are crucial for your success. We often like to speak to you over the phone before your first session to answer any questions you may have and to put you at ease. So to help us do that we ask that you book in via FREE SEVEN DAY TRIAL. This will get you logged into the system and allow for a smooth and efficient transition to your first session. Our booking app and widget makes the process very easy. It is important to remember that everyone at the sessions has gone through the exact same process as you! Everyone is really welcoming and you will be surprised at just how alike you all are!
